Bruce Anderson founded and now directs the EPC World Outreach’s International Theological Education Network (ITEN). He is also the founder and president of the Institute for Reformation (IFR). Bruce has pastored EPC churches, taught at Regent University’s Graduate School of Education, and served on the EPC’s denominational and presbytery World Outreach Committees. His doctoral thesis (on Reformed political theory in 16th Century Belarus and Lithuania) is being prepared for publication in both English and Slavic languages, and Bruce teaches regularly in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, training Christian leaders for service in society and national reformations.

He and his wife Ellie have four children, and one grandchild. They live in Suffolk, Virginia.
